Broken Window Theory

A 1982 article by criminologist James Q. Wilson and George Kelling argues that a broken window left unrepaired make a building look uncared for or abandoned and soon attract vandals to break all the other windows.

This well-known theory has been the starting point to develop a performance that explores the alleged climax:
vandalism > urban decay > crime.
